1. Principles and rationale
In today's business, the competition is more intense due to the changing in many factors. This is because of the fast-changing environment whether the opening the market for free trade. This brings new competitors from abroad into the domestic market. The changing in technology makes accessing information easier. Competitors know the movement and the possibility very well. Including the use of strategic management knowledge to drive business. The competition is intense both domestically and internationally. The leading organizations prepared to adapt, get ready to handle the competition. One of the most important adaptation preparations is the preparation of corporate executive development.
Course training program of Executive Development Mini Master of Business Administration or Mini MBA was operated in order to give the intermediated executives and above level from the organization learn the academic and how to conduct the management to improve the work and the expansion of the business. It covers all aspects of modern business administration. In particular, human resources management and strategic planning is important in determining the direction of the organization.
2. Objectives of the program
2.1 To stimulate and develop the executives who are trained to be alert.
2.2 The executives who attend the training can integrate knowledge and applied to the business effectively.
2.3 The executives who attend the training can have a modern vision and have common knowledge in management to drive the organization to the goal.

4. Format and duration of training
- Use training format with the focus on the knowledge and develop skills with participants, contains lectures, theories modern practices, workshop. By gathering common problems found, brainstorming, analyze problems, discussion, and examples from the actual case study include training activities, focus on educating, improve skills with participants, contains lectures, theories modern practices, examples from the actual case study. Group Assignment activity (Workshop) by using the process * "Business Strategy Audit". This is collection common problems which found then brought to brainstorm, analyze problems, the results were presented to the curriculum committee. The executives of the organization can join as the observer and offer a view or more suggestions. This will be beneficial to the participants and the organization itself. As a result of doing the business audit, all of you will understand, and plan and develop strategies for departments and organizations and take it for using immediately.
